How To Disable Access To Control Panel

1. Open Run From Start Menu
2. Type gpedit.msc
3. Now select user Configration
4. Now Select Administrative Templates
5. Now Open The Control Panel From Right Side
6. Double Click On Prohibit Access To The Control Panel A New Dialogue Box Appear.
7. Now Select The Enable And Press Ok

Now Open The Control Panel It Gives You The Error

To Enable The Access To The Control Panel Just Do The Same Thing Above And Select The Not Configured And Press Ok
